1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 999bs ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 999bs website located at https://999bs.bet, including all games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and support services made available through the platform.

By accessing the 999bs platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of a third party.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 999bs platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

1.1 Amendments to This Agreement

999bs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 999bs will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has been posted and (where required) notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 999bs platform is strictly an 18+ service. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus or promotion offered by 999bs. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced without exception.

2.1 Age Verification

999bs reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of age verification include, but are not limited to:

• National ID Card (NID) — Bangladesh Election Commission issued;
• Valid Passport — current, unexpired;
• Birth Certificate — government-issued, with photograph where available.

Where age verification is requested, the player's account will be placed in a restricted state — deposits and withdrawals will be suspended — until satisfactory documentation is provided. 999bs will not process withdrawal requests from accounts where age verification remains outstanding. Any winnings or bonuses accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player under 18 will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, players must:

• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• Not be an employee, director, consultant, agent, or contractor of 999bs or any affiliated entity, or a member of the immediate family of such a person;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by 999bs or a third-party responsible gaming authority;
• Not have had a previous 999bs account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 999bs platform — including deposits, withdrawals, real-money wagering, and bonus participation — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• A valid, unique email address to which you have sole access;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as defined by the registration form;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address, including division (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet);
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number for verification and account security purposes.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 999bs will not be held liable for failed communications, failed payments, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration constitutes an immediate and serious breach of this Agreement and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to maintain one and only one registered account on the 999bs platform. Holding duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts will be immediately suspended pending investigation;
• All bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits across all accounts will be forfeited;
• Any withdrawals in progress will be cancelled;
• One or all accounts may be permanently closed at 999bs's sole discretion.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 999bs of unauthorised access in writing at the earliest opportunity. 999bs will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999bs platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; no currency conversion service is provided.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999bs currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh-based players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of supported payment methods will always be displayed in the Cashier section of your account. 999bs does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) at this time.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the 999bs platform is ৳50. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players who wish to deposit amounts exceeding a provider's standard limit should contact 999bs support to discuss alternative arrangements.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 999bs finance team within one (1) business day for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before a withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn;
• 999bs reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000;
• Withdrawals requested during Bangladeshi public holidays (Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Victory Day, Independence Day, Pohela Boishakh) may experience a processing delay of up to one additional business day.

4.4 Failed and Returned Transactions

If a deposit fails to reach your 999bs account balance within two (2) hours, you should contact support with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. 999bs will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your account promptly. Deposits that cannot be verified will be returned to the originating payment method within five (5) business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

999bs offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 999bs welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — the exact multiplier will be stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus must be claimed within thirty (30) calendar days of account registration; unclaimed welcome bonuses expire automatically after this period.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's bonus wallet;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus-funded wagering that meet the stated requirements may be withdrawn;
• 999bs reserves the right to cap the maximum withdrawal amount arising from any single bonus offer;
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion — certain high-RTP games, live table games, or sports betting markets may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or bet hedging — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for closure.

5.3 Seasonal and Recurring Promotions

999bs runs seasonal promotions timed to key events in the Bangladesh calendar — including BPL cricket season offers, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha bonus campaigns, Pohela Boishakh free spins events, and T20 World Cup special markets. All such promotions will be published on the platform with their specific terms and validity window. 999bs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse is suspected or operational circumstances require it.

6. User Obligations & Conduct

By using the 999bs platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

6.1 Lawful Use

You must use the 999bs platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through online casino gaming and sports betting. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system operated by 999bs;
• Colluding with other players or 999bs staff to influence game outcomes;
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties.

6.2 Responsible Gambling Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that 999bs provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — to assist you in managing that risk. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are gambling for entertainment purposes only and not as a source of income;
• You will not chase losses by increasing your wager sizes beyond your financial means;
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic;
• You will contact support at [email protected] if you require assistance with responsible gaming resources.

6.3 Communications

You agree to receive transactional communications from 999bs — including account verification emails, deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts — via your registered email address. Promotional communications will only be sent where you have opted in during registration or subsequently through your account preferences. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your account settings.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 999bs account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 999bs will:

• Suspend your ability to log in and place further wagers;
• Process any verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days;
• Cancel any pending bonus funds or free spins that have not yet been claimed or that do not meet withdrawal conditions.

Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — is treated as a higher priority and will be actioned within twenty-four (24) hours of a confirmed request.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 999bs

999bs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Age verification failure — player found to be under 18 years of age;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Sustained bonus abuse or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• Any other conduct that 999bs, acting reasonably, considers to be detrimental to the platform, its players, or its operational integrity.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or material breach of this Agreement, 999bs reserves the right to withhold all balances — including real-money funds — pending investigation. Where no fraud or breach is established, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 999bs will notify the registered email address after six (6) months of inactivity as a courtesy reminder. After twenty-four (24) months of verified inactivity, 999bs may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to the dormant account balance, until either the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bs and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses, or delays in the operation of the platform, whether caused by 999bs, a third-party provider, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, acts of God, or government restrictions);
• Any decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, jackpot awards, or bonus features;
• Any financial loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8.1 Platform Availability

999bs strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 999bs shall not be liable for any losses — including in-progress wagers — arising from unplanned downtime. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an in-progress game round, 999bs will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and credit the account accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All casino games and sports betting content made available through the 999bs platform are provided by third-party studios and data providers. 999bs acts as a distributor of this content, not as its creator or operator. While 999bs takes reasonable steps to ensure all providers are certified and compliant, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any third-party content. Any disputes relating to game outcomes governed by a third-party RNG must be directed first to 999bs support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 999bs, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
